LaunchFix Product License

The LaunchFix application and services were developed and are operated by an independent developer. Contact support@getlaunchfix.com.
A valid purchase grants one individual or one organization a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, run, back up and modify the purchased kit internally and in applications or projects that the licensee owns or operates. Authorized employees and contractors may access it solely for that licensee's projects under equivalent confidentiality and use restrictions. The licensee remains responsible for its authorized users.
You may incorporate adapted code into your own commercial applications, including deployed applications used by customers, provided you do not distribute the toolkit, its documentation, or a substantially equivalent reusable product as a download, template, library or competing toolkit. Third-party dependencies remain governed by their own licenses; this license does not restrict rights granted under those licenses.
You may not resell, publicly publish, mirror, sublicense, share download credentials or links, or redistribute the product files or substantially equivalent modified copies outside the permitted use. Do not remove license notices or license identifiers to conceal unauthorized distribution. Preserve notices in internal copies and backups. Statutory exceptions and other non-waivable rights remain intact.
No ownership of copyright, trademarks or the LaunchFix brand transfers. The bundle licenses the four included kits on the same terms. A material uncured breach can lead to license termination to the extent permitted by law; contact support to resolve alleged breaches. A refund that unwinds the purchase ends the corresponding license, subject to applicable law.
These utilities and reference implementations require review and adaptation. They do not guarantee security, deliverability, correct entitlement handling, or automatic resolution of ambiguous data. Warranty and liability provisions in the accepted Terms apply, subject to mandatory rights.
