LaunchFix Refund and Delivery Policy

The LaunchFix application and services were developed and are operated by an independent developer. Contact support@getlaunchfix.com for payment, delivery or product problems.
Before payment, review the exact mainnet, amount, quote expiry, product requirements and license. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. LaunchFix cannot reverse network fees or transactions sent to an unrelated address; contact support to investigate recoverable mistakes. Never pay a second time solely because verification is pending.
Automatic delivery requires a successful confirmed payment matching the quoted amount and destination, with its block timestamp within the quote window. Payments that confirmed on time can be verified afterward. Wrong amounts, unsupported networks, late confirmations and missing order references require manual review and are not promised automatic delivery. A paid order gets a short-lived, single-attempt download link. If interrupted or expired, reverify the same paid order and transaction to refresh it. Keep your private order reference.
If a verified payment cannot be fulfilled, or the supplied files are materially defective or materially differ from the listing, contact support with your order reference, transaction ID, and a description of the problem. The operator will investigate and offer a correction, replacement, or refund as appropriate under applicable law. Do not send private keys, seed phrases or unrelated sensitive files. A response deadline is not guaranteed. Reasonable evidence may be requested to prevent fraudulent refund claims.
Change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once digital delivery begins, only to the extent permitted by law. Where an applicable withdrawal right can lawfully be lost for digital content, you separately request immediate supply and acknowledge that the right is lost when delivery begins, provided all legal conditions are satisfied. If those conditions are not met, or your jurisdiction gives other mandatory cancellation, conformity or refund rights, those rights remain. Acceptance does not waive remedies for defective or undelivered content.
Refund requests are reviewed individually; contact support before assuming a transfer is unrecoverable. Any approved cryptocurrency refund requires an agreed network and destination, ownership verification where appropriate, and an agreed valuation method. No blanket forfeiture of mandatory refund rights or automatic network-fee deduction is imposed. Purchase and acceptance details are included in the downloadable license receipt for your records.
