LaunchFix Terms of Service

1. Operator and agreement
The LaunchFix application and services were developed and are operated by an independent developer (the operator). Contact support@getlaunchfix.com. These Terms, the Product License, Refund and Delivery Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy govern purchases and use. The Privacy Notice explains data handling. You must have legal capacity to contract and authority to act for an organization when purchasing for it.
2. Products and payment
Products are downloadable source-code utilities, documentation and reference implementations, not managed services. Read prerequisites, scope and examples before purchase. Prices are in USD; the final cryptocurrency amount and expiry appear before you send payment. Quotes can include up to $0.10 of amount differentiation plus currency rounding. Network fees are charged by your wallet/network separately. Only the selected native BTC, ETH or SOL mainnet and exact amount are supported. Do not send wrapped tokens, tokens on other chains, wallet secrets, or payment after expiry. No subscription is created.
3. Delivery and acceptance
Explicit acceptance of the current legal documents and a separate request for immediate digital delivery are required before a quote is created. Payment is verified against the quoted destination, amount, transaction execution and confirmation time. On-time confirmed payments may be verified later. Downloads are provided through expiring links; a link permits a single download attempt and can be refreshed by reverifying the paid order. Keep your private order reference and transaction ID. Interrupted downloads can be retried with a refreshed link. See the Refund and Delivery Policy for exceptions and recovery.
4. Intellectual property and distribution
Products are licensed, not sold as copyright ownership. The Product License permits internal use, modification and incorporation in your own applications as described there. Unauthorized resale, publication, file sharing, mirroring, sublicensing, distribution of download links, or distribution of the toolkit or substantially equivalent copies is prohibited, except where applicable law permits it. Unauthorized distribution may infringe copyright and result in civil remedies. Willful copyright infringement can also be a crime when the requirements of applicable criminal law are met, potentially carrying criminal penalties. Not every contract breach or act of infringement is a crime. LaunchFix does not determine criminal liability.
5. Safeguards and enforcement
Downloads contain an opaque license identifier and integrity manifest to discourage unauthorized redistribution. This identifier is not a password, private key or public proof of wrongdoing. Do not remove licensing notices for the purpose of concealing unauthorized distribution. The operator may investigate credible reports, restrict abusive download activity, and suspend access for material violations, subject to applicable law and an opportunity to contact support. No automatic accusation or public disclosure is made from an identifier alone. Retain your lawful backups.
6. Responsibilities and limitations
Test changes on backups or staging before production. Security diagnostics are heuristic; they do not certify safety or guarantee malware removal. DNS checks do not guarantee delivery. Stripe samples require your own business logic and infrastructure. CSV cleanup requires review. Third-party services, blockchains, price feeds and hosting can fail. No guaranteed revenue, security outcome, continuous availability, future features, or unlimited support is promised.
7. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, products are provided as is and as available, without additional implied warranties. To that extent, liability for a purchased product is limited to the amount paid for it, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, or other mandatory protections. Your mandatory remedies prevail over conflicting terms.
8. Disputes and changes
Contact support@getlaunchfix.com first to seek a practical resolution. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class actions, or remove access to competent courts or consumer authorities. Applicable mandatory law determines your rights; no particular developer location or exclusive court is represented here. Material changes apply to future purchases after new acceptance and do not retroactively replace the license accepted for an earlier purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies where lawful.
