LaunchFix Privacy Notice

The LaunchFix application and services were developed and are operated by an independent developer. Contact support@getlaunchfix.com for privacy requests and questions.
Data handled: selected products and networks; order reference; quoted amounts; public transaction IDs; payment and confirmation timestamps; legal-document version, content hash and acceptance time; download-token usage timestamps; and any information you voluntarily send to support. Paid archives include an opaque license identifier and an integrity manifest. The identifier is derived from the order using a server secret; it does not disclose your order credential or wallet secrets.
Purpose: fulfill purchases and licenses, verify payments, prevent replay and download abuse, retain contract-acceptance evidence, investigate support or infringement reports, and understand aggregate product interest. Where applicable, processing relies on contract performance, legitimate interests in security and service operation, and legal obligations. Mandatory consent is not used as a substitute for another required legal basis.
Providers: Supabase stores the server-side ledger and download records; Vercel hosts the site. Blockchain/RPC and price providers receive relevant requests. Email providers process support correspondence. These providers may process data in other countries and retain their own operational logs, including IP/request metadata. Public blockchain transactions are independently visible and cannot be erased by LaunchFix.
Tracking and storage: no advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral tracking are added. Daily aggregate counters record product/network selection, quote creation and verification. Short-lived rate-limit records store daily keyed IP hashes, not raw IPs in the application database. This tab uses session storage for checkout recovery. Hosting providers may retain ordinary server logs. Necessary storage is used for fulfillment rather than marketing.
Retention: order/payment records and amount reservations are retained while needed to honor licenses, prevent transaction reuse, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. They are not automatically deleted when a download link expires. Used-link records are removed after expiry as subsequent downloads occur. Support correspondence is retained while needed for the request and related obligations. Aggregate counts are retained without individual profiles. Request deletion or restriction through support; records necessary for legal obligations, security or ongoing licenses may need to be retained or minimized instead.
Your rights: depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing, and complain to a competent privacy authority. Contact support; reasonable identity verification may be needed. Do not send wallet secrets. No sale of personal information or automated decisions about legal or similarly significant personal outcomes are intended. The service is not directed to children and purchases require capacity to contract.
